Lisa’s Biography

Lisa Elliot is a coach, facilitator, consultant and writer based in Winnipeg.

Her company is Ocean Tides Performance Group, established in 1999.

Lisa loves learning.  Her education and accreditation includes:

• Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC, International Coaches Federation)

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute

Lisa has benefited from a range of interesting work experiences including:

•  Ten years of specializing in leadership coaching in the private sector: individual, team and group coaching.

• Twenty years partnered with PSG Canada, providing consulting and training services to automotive clients in North America (including Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Hyundai, Subaru, Mazda, KIA and BMW) to improve the customer experience through advancing employee and leadership capability.

• Ten years with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), including leadership roles in retail banking, quality, training and human resources.

Lisa specializes in facilitated learning sessions, narrative 360s and retreats. 

Lisa taught Leadership Development part time at the University of Winnipeg for ten years and has served as a volunteer board member on many professional associations including WBO, CAPS, QNET, and CAMC among others.
