Individual Coaching

Individual Coaching is an intimate space for transparent and confidential dialogue, focused on goal setting, deepening self-awareness, committing to action, and accountability for growth.
Every leadership coaching conversation begins with objective setting and articulating a clear vision for growth.
Tools leveraged during the process may include a DiSC behavior style assessment, a Personal Groundwork Assessment, a Leadership Competency Assessment, or Live Action Coaching, depending on the goals for growth.

Leaders interested in fast-tracking their development may choose a Narrative 360:
A Narrative 360 obtains feedback ‘around’ a leader (their leader, peers, direct reports) in a conversational assessment vs. an on-line diagnostic assessment.
The advantage of a Narrative feedback process is that it elicits context - specifics and examples related to the leader and their environment (instead of guessing what may have been meant by a score).
Leaders will chose from a set of leadership practices and behaviors to receive feedback on, in areas most relevant to their environment and team.
Interviews are conducted confidentially and leaders are debriefed with a full report to identify strengths to leverage and opportunities to grow leadership impacts.
One outcome is a leadership development plan to leverage strengths and mitigate growth areas.
The process also elicits systemic and cultural feedback as a bonus.

“Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to high sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.”
— Peter Drucker
