Ocean Tides’ Forums are Group Coaching Experiences
Group coaching is growing in popularity for two reasons: first, as people realize the benefits of coaching to achieve personal goals; and second, as group coaching can often achieve more impact, more quickly, and at a lower cost than one on one coaching.
Group coaching has leaders congregating in themed groups to grow in a common focus area. Tools include assessments, change processes, worksheets and job aids, and focused conversation.

This forum is intended to support individual leaders from across various industry sectors to have access to accelerated leadership development through learning and dialogue with a diverse group of leaders. Concepts of Strategic Leadership are the focus: clear vision, purposeful culture, building and growing a team of leaders, setting conditions for high performance and consistent execution as leaders.
Change Your Story, Change Your Life
This forum is based on the idea that if we change our story (what we tell ourselves about ourselves), we change our life. What we believe about ourselves, our capabilities, about what we deserve, or about what is possible for us… often becomes our reality. This forum examines personal narratives and the extent to which they serve us, in living the life we want. It also examines how to use processes and tools for self awareness and change, to manifest our best life.
